Someone in my class is a young carer

If one of your friends or someone in your class is a young carer...

1. Ask them if they are OK.

2. Tell them that you have heard about young carers and what they do.

3. Show them Eryc & Trayc's film.

4. Ask them if they would like you to help them talk to their teacher.

5. If you are a young carer and go to a local young carers' project, ask them if they would like to come with you.
